SHIPPING
  • Any and all shipments made only after a payment made in full and clearedby a bank.
  • Not A Toy ships most orders the next day after a payment is cleared; for credit card or PayPal payments if order placed before 4 P.M. EST. Time in transit depends on your choice of shipping services and your location.
  • All credit card orders are shipped to the cardholder`s name and billing address.
  • Shipment to a PO Box, APO or any military address available via USPS services only.
  • No COD deliveries
  • Orders include freight insurance to cover any damage during transport. Insurance limited to up to $50.00 with USPS shipments and up to $100.00 with a ground services; additional insurance is available upon request with additional cost accordingly to the fee chart of the shipping services of your choice. We can't be hold liable for any lost or damage.
  • If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email or telephone. You will have an opportunity to cancel the order or make changes.
  • Any discrepancies such as missing or damaged items should be addressed within 24 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENING is available to Canada, most European countries, Australia, Japan and some other countries.
PAYMENTS
  • All payment must be made in full and cleared by a bank before a shipment will be made
  • Credit Cards:
    • VISA, MasterCard.
    • With a credit card payment we will ship to the Credit Card holder name and address that match by the Address Verification System (AVS) to the credit card billing address.
    • In order to ship to different address, you will nee to contact you r credit card Company and have them include the "alternative shipping address" in the notes of your account. This addition does not change your original credit card billing address and is done over the phone. A shipment to a different address also could be arrange if the credit card holder is available to personally accept the shipment and sign for it. The signature verification services may require an additional fee and may not be available with all shipping services.
    • INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS - due to limitations of the Address Verification System (Credit Card system) we are unable to guaranty acceptance of international credit card transactions.
  • PayPal
    • Accepted only if the transaction is eligible for the PayPal Seller Protection Plan, which required shipment to a CONFIRMED address. For more details please refer to your PayPal agreement. Any and all payments classified by PayPal as "Ineligible for the Sellers Protection" will be refunded (no cost to you).
    • PLEASE NOTE you will need to return to our site after PayPal transaction will be completed, otherwise your PayPal payment will go through but our system won't be able to process your order and a shipment may be significantly delayed.
  • Money Orders, Checks (Cheque), Travelers Cheque
    • US Dollars drawing from a US Bank.
    • Payment in other currency is a subject to a flat $35.00 Bank Fee.
    • Domestic Payments may require up to five business days to be cleared by a bank
    • International Payments may require up to ten business days to be cleared by a bank

RETURNS
  • To return or exchange an item simply call us at 616-516-9373 for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please provide your name and the item(s) to be returned. You are responsible for all return shipping charges including insurance as well as the shipping cost of the new item. Any item(s) sent back without an RA number will not be accepted or return to sender at his/her expense.
  • Return or exchange issue of defective item(s) need to be address within 24 hours of delivery; and must be received within 7 business days from your Return Authorization Number delivery date.
  • Due to abuse in this Industry by those who purchase items for a "weekend event rental" and then return it, any returned or refused order is subject to the full shipping cost and a 17% restocking fee.
  • Returned merchandise must be in "brand new" condition in original packaging, with all original consistencies (including but not limited to manuals; unfilled warranty card; collector cards, COA papers, catalogs; additional, spare or alternative parts, decals, etc, what ever is applicable to the item). Merchandise that is received damaged, marked, or with missing packaging, will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We will not issue refunds.
  • Items that do not qualify for exchanges or returns include any item that shows wear and tear to a product or original packaging..
