ABOUT THE MODEL: “The Raid on Dieppe took place on August 19, 1942, and turned into one of the greatest Allied disasters of the war”. However, it became hard but important lesson, that definitely help to secure a success of the D Day invasion.
This is a beautiful model indeed; attention to small details; clear, sharp, historically accurate imprints; battle-weary, mud-splattered finish. Realistically looking tracks are made of high quality plastic, could move; Turret turns and GUN ELEVATES.
Unlike a prototype model (picture in a catalog and most on ebay) model has an auxiliary machine gun located next to the main gun
Visible differences between 2 current models of Churchill tanks (MkIII and MkIV), besides liveries, clearly visible on tanks turrets.
Model came in attractive box with COA, Some information about tank printed on a box..
A great addition to a military models collection, could display great on O gauge railroad diorama. Same size as Solido/Varem or Tank Museum models but in my opinion better detailed, undoable better paint job with imprints (no decals, you know a headache to put them on, than they change its color with age, falling off and so for) and Corgi military models are at or below price of Varem models.
As you probably know there no other model of this battle machine in this scale range.
In Conclusion: a really good model of a not really good tank.

Not suitable for children under 14 (it is not a toy), but perfect for one who over 30.
