ABOUT THE MODEL
AUTOart designed the Maybach models for Mercedes/Maybach Dealerships and for several months they have exclusive rights for a distribution. Models were packed in a dealer boxes and in my best knowledge had different colors. Unbelievably highly detailed models from any aspect. Front wheels are turn able; detailed underbody: rubber like tires and much more. Packed in an attractive box with its own plastic display case. Due to a size of this model AUTOart have to produced a larger box and display case.
This model priced as models from SUV and Racing Series and has a 38% higher price compare to other street cars by AUTOart in 1/43 scale.
ABOUT THE CAR
When Mercedes lost their bid for Rolls Royce they promised to produce a competitor for it. Maybach produced one of the finest cars in the world back in 30’s and its name had been chosen for this finest line of Mercedes products.
Two models available from selected Mercedes dealers here in US. They are “small” 57 model, that stands for 5.7 meter long model (Short Wheel Base) and the big one 6.2 meter long (Long Wheel Base).
