Wilhelm Lemke is credited with 131 victories. He recorded 125 victories over the Eastern Front, including 28 Il-2 “Sturmovik” ground attack aircraft. Of his six Western Front victories, three were four-engine bombers. He achieved his first victory in June 1941 and his last happened on November 30, 1943. On 4 December 1943, Lemke was shot down and killed in aerial combat with P-47s of 487th Fighter Squadron, 352nd Fighter Group, USAAF.

The Messerschmitt Bf 109 was a World War II fighter aircraft designed by Willy Messerschmitt in the early 1930s. It was the first true modern fighter of the era, including such features as an all-metal monocoque construction, a closed canopy, and retractable landing gear.
The G-6 model, the most produced Bf 109 version, had very heavy armament. The G-6/U4 variant with Rüstsatz R6 was armed with two 13 mm MG 131 above the engine, a 30 mm MK 108 cannon shooting through the propeller hub and one 20 mm MG 151/20 in a 'pod' under each wing. The G-6 was very often fitted with assembly sets, used to carry bombs or a drop tank, for use as nightfighter, or to increase fire power by adding rockets or extra guns. “ ***

In my personal opinion as a collector models from this line are probably currently the best models on the market in this scale, and priced very competitive if not to say low. Even with a price increase, so far affected this model only, the price still be very reasonable.
Models from the series are very good sellers, usually sold out very fast. Do not make mistake about it, this one will be very hot item. Very good model and presented in the livery, which is guaranteed success. Postpone your purchase and be prepare to pay high price for it even in the nearest future.!
