This is an astonishing model!
In 1972 Lotus won one more constructors’ championship. Emerson Fittipaldi won his first Championship driving Lotus 72D Ford Cosworth, and at just 25 years old become the youngest world champion in F1 history.
The other team driver was Australian driver Dave Walker, who participated only in two F1 seasons of 1971 (G.P. of The Netherlands / Lotus 56B) and 1972 (10 starts in Lotus 72D)
Cleaning my warehouse I’ve found a box with several Formula 1 car models released very long time ago by very popular in a past but now defunct model maker Vitesse Group. Most are in very small quantity.
“Quartzo” – Cinerius Ltd. is a brand that had been a part of Vitesse Group between 1997-2001. Vitesse group went into bankruptcy in April 2001.
This Quartzo brand model is a highly detailed product, which quality wise is very competitive to famous M_inichamps brand. Quartzo is defunct brand.
