This is a highly detailed model made by Onyx.  It is a difficult to find model and Onyx probably the only company that released a model of this car in 1/43 scale.

“Onyx” – Minibri LTD.  This brand was a part of Vitesse Group, which went into bankruptcy in April 2001.

The Pacific PR02 was a Formula 1 car for the 1995 seasons constracted by Pacific Grand Prix, designer Frank Coppuck.  The team didn’t get any points during the season. The number 17 seat was taken by Andrea Montermini however the number 16 seat was taken by Bertrand Gachot (11out of 17 races), Giovanni Lavaggi (4 out of 17 races) and Jean-Denis Deletraz (2 out of 17 races). The team's test driver was Oliver Garin. The engine was a Ford EDC 3.0 V8. The team did not have a main sponsor. The car performed much better than its predecessor, the PR01. The car was designed by Frank Coppuck.
