M4 is a new Italian based company with models produced in China.  The company produced models of Alfa Romeo only.   M4 now is the owner of well known Italian die cast model brands Rio, Art Model and Best Model.   M4 brought back to life Rio, including production of selected old models and releases of brand new models as well.

Models are exported from Europe and have a high cost due to current low $ exchange rate; there are no M4’s branch on the US market therefore there is no MSRP.

The Polizia di Stato (State Police or PdS) is one of the national police forces of Italy. It is responsibilities constist of providing general police duties in Italy including: - patrolling motorways (autostrada), railways, airports, customs (together with the Guardia di Finanza) as well as certain waterways; mountain, gaming and betting, scientific, police; assisting the local police forces and and many other duties.

The Polizia di Stato is the principal Italian police force for the maintenance of public security (since it is run directly from the Dipartimento della Pubblica Sicurezza / Department of Public Security), and the keeping of public order.

Unlike other main police forces of Italy, such as the Carabinierii and the Guardia di Finanza The Polizia di Stato is a civil police force, but its structure based on the military principals.

Current strenght of the Polizia di Stato some 115,000 persons of which approximately 6,000 employees are civilian support personnel who provide logistic and technical support.
