This model of 4 axel 12 wheel truck could be a great addition to any collections and especially for a trucks fun. Model comes in a big (11.5x9x4) attractive box, makes it an ideal for a present. Display very good and could be very nice addition on O gauge railroad display.

Corgi says
ABOUT THE SERIES –”Passage Of Time, a very special collection of completely authentic 1:50 scale classic Road Transport models, each with its own individually designed cold cast load represents the cream of British Haulage. These famous Companies, past and present are renowned for their immaculately kept fleets and superb liveries.
Models are featuring, Jeweled Headlights, Detailed Chassis, Fine Detail Mirrors & Wipers, Metal Tow Hooks & Headboards, Certificate of Authenticity. Clocks are metal. Cold cast load is removable and could be display separately.

ABOUT THE TRUCK – “William Holden established his transport Company on the eve of World War II and his wartime slogan, which graced the front of his lorries often led to the Company being referred to as 'Keep Smiling' of Rawtenstall. In the late 40s Holden's transported machinery to Liverpool Docks for export to developing countries”.

ABOUT THE LEYLAND CLOCKS” -- “The idea of clocks advertising Leyland Motors on the main trunk roads was a coup for Leyland. The first clock appeared in 1930 and there are believed to have been seven altogether plus a replica in South Africa. Franco Reflex Signs of London and the mechanism by William Potts and Sons Limited, clockmakers of Leeds, designed the towers. Although some survived in preservation, the whereabouts of the others remain a mystery”. As I mentioned above clocks are made of metal.

I still have all 6 trucks from this beautiful series, but the inventory is running low. Check the special price for the set of all 6 models from the series.

Try to find all 6 models, it is very unlikely that you will succeed, especially at one place.
