ABOUT FERDINAND / ELEFANT

Assault Gun / Heavy Tank Destroyer SdKfz 184 called the Ferdinand, after its designer Dr. Ferdinand Porsche.   It received a new designation at the end of 1943 when all survived units at the time were recalled from the front, overhauled, modified and upgraded
Ninety Ferdinand were manufactured in just a few months during early -1943. It was first deployed during the Battle of Kursk and, though destroying 320 Russian tanks, performed very poorly in other respects: many units broke down and they proved dangerously vulnerable to infantry, lacking a machine gun. They went on to serve in Italy in 1944 and the final units were involved in the Battle of Berlin.

About Can.Do Series

This line includes extremely detailed static military miniatures in both 1/144 and 1/35 scale. These items are sold pre-painted, pre-assembled and ready to go right out of the box. They include realistic camouflage patterns and weathering! Titles include tanks, aircraft, ships and figures.

Each combat vehicle series consist of 6 models (A-F) plus one Special Model (X).  X model usually represents 2 or 4% of master case ratio.  Not all items are produced in the same ratio.
