In 2000 Corgi issued three models in the BUILDING BRITAIN Series.
This is a model of unusual for US 8 Wheels flat bed - 4-axel truck with 2 axels in front and 2 in back. In fact it has 12 wheels, rear axels have double wheel arrangements. Realistically looking sheeted load made of cold cast and made the model quite heavy. The model displays great.
The model presented in the livery of RUGBY CEMENT. Between the mid to late 60s Rugby Portland Cement Company Ltd operated between 450 and 500 heavy goods vehicles from 7 works and 8 depots throughout England.
