M4 is a new Italian based company with models produced in China. The company produced models of Alfa Romeo only. M4 now is the owner of well known Italian die cast model brands Rio, Art Model and Best Model. M4 brought back to life Rio, including production of selected old models and releases of brand new models as well.

Models are exported from Europe, there are no M4’s branch on the US market therefore there is no MSRP.

The Carabinieri, (Italian for Carabiniers) are part of Italian police force. It is a branch of Italian Armed Forces alongside with Army, Navy and Air Force. The Carabinieri is a national-level gendarmerie of Italy, which is also performs police both military and civilian population.

The full official title of the force is Arma dei Carabinieri (literally Arm of Carabinieri); it was formerly called the Corpo dei Carabinieri when it was a branch of the Italian Army.

Historically, a Carabiniere was a cavalryman or soldier armed with a carbine. Their motto is Nei Secoli Fedele ("Faithful throughout the Centuries" but usually translated as "Always Faithful").

Their mission is to control crime and to serve the community through respect for the law.

Current personnel strengths is about 110,000 including 163 officers, 201 warrant officers, 183 “appuntati” – senior constables and carabinieri.

Carabinieri vehicles are painted in black with a white roof colors; the “Carabinieri” sing appears on both sides of a vehicle, in recent years red stripes are added to the color scheme.
